What’s up, buttercup?

Hey. Hi. Hello.

Listen up, because I’m about to toss a truth bomb your way:

You’re not crazy.

There are other people who feel the same way you do.

It’s all going to be okay.

At some point in my life, these three things became true to me.

Did it take almost a quarter-century? Maybe.

Did I suffer for a ridiculously long time before realizing these things? Maybe.

Do I regret any of that journey? Nope, nope, and nope.

The magical thing is: once I realized these things were true, and actually allowed myself to start living this way – everything changed for me.

I stopped beating myself up for feeling the way I did.

I stopped isolating myself, and instead found my tribe.

I stopped steeping myself in piping hot anxiety and fell headfirst into PEACE.

(Disclaimer: My life isn’t perfect. I don’t “have it all figured out.” I have a massive pile of dirty laundry in my closet both literally and figuratively, and when I don’t want to think about it, I simply shut the door).

This blog is here to remind you of these three beautiful things:
